Return Policy

Although we strive to provide the best and most accurate sizing recommendations,  we understand that sometimes things don't always work out. 

Our Return Policy

The cost of the Return label will be deducted from the Return amount you will receive when we process the return.

Please include invoice number with your return for reference.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags intact when received or a store credit will not be issued.

 

Shoes must be unworn and free of scuffs or marks that indicate wear.

Returns must be received within 10 days from the original date of fulfillment.

Please inspect your merchandise as soon as it's received. Damaged or defective merchandise must be communicated to us within 3 business days of fulfillment to qualify for store credit.

We offer exchanges only if  we have the same style in the size you need. Otherwise store credit will be issued.

 Include packing slip that references order number and item(s) being returned. Items returned that do no reference an order number will not be eligible for return.

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

You will be emailed an e-gift card for the cost of the returned item minus any promotional items/discounts. The amount paid for the items including discounts and reward points is the amount that you'll be credited for your return.

Rewards points will be credited back, and are not eligible to be added as store credit. You will need to re-redeem your points for a new reward once your return is processed.

 

 FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale/Clearance Items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.

Monthly Boxes are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible fore Returns. Unless you need a different clothing size and desirable size is available.

Bodysuits, Intimates and Swimwear are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns.

Promotional items or freebie items are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns.

All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns.

Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Handbags, and Belts are NOT available for returns.

Energy Tools such as stones, crystals, sage, and palo santo are NOT available for returns.
